Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to availability and change
- Sharing rate is per person based on two adults sharing
- Rates include Full English & Continental Breakfast
- Payment or agreed deposit is required prior to arrival in order to secure the booking
- VAT at 14% is included
- Tourism Levy at 1% is excluded
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will only be accepted in writing
- Full payment will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival date or during stay
- A 50% cancellation fee is applicable if the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival
Children Policy and Rates
- Children need to be accompanied by at least 1 adult in a room or suite
- Children under the age of 6 stay free, but a surcharge of R 100 per day is applicable for a baby cot or children’s bed
- 50% of the Sharing Rate is applicable for Children under the age of 12
- Maximum of 1 child per room unless otherwise stated
Meals
- Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00 unless prior arrangements have been made
- A light lunch menu is available from 12:00 until 15:00
Garden Family Suite
- The Garden Family Suite has 2 bedrooms of which one with an open lounge and it has 1 shared bathroom.
- It is sold as a unit for up to 4 persons.
- Should a 5th person wish to stay in the room, a rate of 25% of the unit rate will be charged
Luxury Family Suite
- The Family Suite consists of 2 Garden Deluxe Rooms which are connected through inter-leading doors.
- It is sold as a unit for up to 4 adults or 2 Adults with 3 kids under 12
- Should a 5th adult or child of 12 and older wish to stay in the room, a rate of 25% of the unit rate will be charged
Minimum Stay:
- a minimum stay of 3 nights is required from 20 Dec 2013 - 12 Jan 2014 for all rooms
